1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Heritage Convention Hall & Rooms. Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Reservations

  • All room and event bookings are subject to availability.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

  • Booking confirmation will be shared via phone, email, or message.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.

  • Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

  • The balance amount, if any, must be settled before or during the event/check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary based on room bookings and event reservations.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline and booking type.

  • Advance payments may be non-refundable in case of late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Management reserves the right to deduct applicable charges.

5. Check-In & Check-Out (Rooms)

  • Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

  • Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in.

6. Use of Convention Hall

  • The convention hall must be used only for the purpose agreed at the time of booking.

  • Any damage to property, equipment, or premises will be charged to the client.

  • Outside food, decoration, sound systems, or vendors are allowed only with prior approval from management.

  • The management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

7. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Guests and event attendees must maintain decorum and comply with local laws.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or prohibited substances are allowed only in designated areas and as per local regulations.

  • The management reserves the right to deny service to anyone violating these terms.

8. Force Majeure

The Heritage Convention Hall & Rooms shall not be held liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

The management is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or premises.

10. Privacy

Personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
